Term-Chess

Chess on a terminal, against a bot. The rules are Chess::Plisco's and the
opponent is Plisco's own search, bounded in nodes and never in seconds; this
distribution is the board, the arrow-key picker, the typed prompt and the
`chess` command. With Term::ReadKey the arrow keys walk the pieces that have a
move and then that piece's squares, with a caption saying what each move does;
without it a move is typed as coordinates or standard notation.
